Dense Fog Warning for Brooklyn and Surrounding Areas

 The National Weather Service has issued a "dense fog advisory" for Brooklyn, most of Queens, and all of the other boroughs, from midnight tonight to 9 a.m. Wednesday.

Take care driving: Slow down and use your low beams.

* VISIBILITIES...ONE QUARTER MILE OR LESS AT TIMES.

* TIMING...AFTER MIDNIGHT TONIGHT INTO MID MORNING WEDNESDAY.

* IMPACTS...REDUCED VISIBILITIES...ESPECIALLY IN THE HIGHER ELEVATIONS AND NEAR BODIES OF WATER.
